Budget Audit Preparation: Real-World Training
We're running a twelve-month program starting September 2025 for anyone who wants to understand how budget audits actually work. Not theory from textbooks – actual preparation methods used in Vietnamese businesses.
I've spent years watching companies scramble before audits. The common mistakes are predictable. Missing documentation. Inconsistent records. Budget allocations that don't match spending patterns. Our program addresses these specific problems with hands-on work that mirrors what you'll face in real audit situations.
What You'll Work Through
Foundation Work (Months 1-3)
We start with documentation systems. How to organize financial records so they tell a coherent story. You'll work with sample budgets from manufacturing and service companies, identifying gaps that auditors typically flag.
Reconciliation Practice (Months 4-7)
This is where most people struggle. Matching budget projections against actual spending across departments. We use anonymized data from real companies to practice spotting discrepancies and building explanation trails.
Audit Readiness (Months 8-12)
Final phase focuses on preparation procedures. Creating audit binders, preparing variance reports, documenting budget approval processes. You'll prepare three complete audit packages based on different business scenarios.
