Who We Are and What We Actually Do
We started Clever FlowHub because we kept seeing the same problem. Businesses would show up to audits unprepared, scrambling through receipts and spreadsheets at the last minute.
That chaos costs time and money. And honestly? It's avoidable with the right preparation approach. Since 2018, we've been working with companies across Vietnam to build better audit readiness habits—not through complicated theory, but through hands-on methods that fit into actual business workflows.
Our team brings experience from accounting firms, corporate finance departments, and regulatory consulting. We know what auditors look for because we've been on both sides of the table.
How This Started
Back in 2017, our founder was helping a small manufacturing company prepare for their annual audit. They had decent records but everything lived in different systems. The owner spent three weeks pulling together documentation that should have taken three days.
That experience became the blueprint for our approach. We focus on building workflows that make audit preparation part of your regular operations instead of a yearly panic event.
We've since worked with over 200 businesses—from small family operations to mid-sized enterprises—helping them move from reactive scrambling to proactive readiness. The satisfaction comes from watching clients walk into audits confident rather than anxious.

Sessions combine direct instruction with hands-on practice using your actual documents. We cover common pitfalls, regulatory updates, and efficient documentation methods that save time throughout the year.
Our autumn 2025 program schedule opens for registration in June. Classes are structured for working professionals and include follow-up support during your actual audit preparation period.
